What shipping options do you offer?

We try to offer you a choice of carriers and pricing although we have no control over shipping. Please look at delivery times, as the cheapest is normally the slowest. You are also more than welcome to organise your own shipping labels and pick up then email the shipping label to us.

 

How long do you take to process the order?

Normally 24hrs! But allow 1-3 days. If we have to get some additional stock in we will reach out to you to let you know what is happening and may ship the order in 2 deliveries. If you have an urgent order please let us know.

 

Where do you ship?

Worldwide, Spain is the exception due to difficult customs regulations.

 

How long does shipping take to the US?

Normally 5-7 days, quicker than getting it across Canada for sure.
